Sassie Sisters Big and Beautiful (SSBB) - In Store Return Policy: 

Your Satisfaction is guaranteed, and if for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase you may return the unworn item within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, or refund of the purchase amount subject to the terms below, when accompanied with store receipt: 

All sales of lingerie and closeout merchandise are final and no return will be accepted.  State law prohibits the return of “Intimate Wear” once it has been worn.  SSBB has to strictly adhere to this law and will not receive any worn items.  Before purchasing your merchandise please take a moment to try on the garment or check size charts for size, color and style.  If there are any questions please contact us or a store representative for assistance.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt, and accompanied by the original receipt with all tags intact.  The items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all tags and labels in original condition.  Items not returned in original conditions will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We will credit your credit card if this was the method of payment for merchandise.

ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE ONLY (no returns will be accepted).

Returns that smell of perfumes or smoke or have been exposed to animals and pet hair will not be accepted for return.

$25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

What is our online return policy?

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  You have two ways to return your merchandise, via Return Shipment or at our store in Arvada Colorado. 

Returns via Return Shipment:

1.  Complete the return form on your packing slip by indicating the return reason and quantity returned.
2.  Use the Return Label from your packing slip to mail your merchandise return.
3.  Enclose the merchandise you would like to return and the Return Form.
4.  Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us.
5.  Your return will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase. Please note: Postage and insurance costs, as well as your original shipping and handling charges, are not refundable.
6.  Sassie Sisters Big and Beautiful will refund the full purchase price for all items returned within 30 days of purchase.  Any merchandise received after 60 days will be automatically returned to sender.

7.  ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE ONLY (no returns will be accepted).

8.  You will receive an email notifying you when we have received your return and credited your account.

Please note: It may take up to two full billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you return an item purchased as part of a multiple discount (such as buy 1, select 1 for 50% off), your credit will be equal to the pre-discount price minus a portion of the discount you received as a result of receiving a multiple discount, not the pre-discount price of the single item.

Exchanges via Return Shipment: 

Follow the instructions above for Returns and then visit the sassiesistersboutique.com. and place a new order for the desired items.  Please note:  You will be charged for shipping and handling on your new order.

Returns or Exchanges at our Local Colorado store:

Only Sassie Sisters Big and Beautiful can process your return for your online Sassie Sisters Big and Beautiful merchandise.  Simply take the merchandise you wish to return, the packing slip or shipping confirmation and the credit card you used to place the order to the Sassie Sisters Big and Beautiful store. 

If you return an item purchased as part of a multiple discount (such as buy 1, select 1 for 50% off), your credit will be equal to the pre-discount price minus a portion of the discount you received as a result of receiving a multiple discount, not the pre-discount price of the single item.
